I'm obsessed with this meal prep book. It's easy to read and follow with great recipes. My personal trainer said THIS is the book to get to keep your nutrition on track. I love the different plans for weight loss vs. building muscle. My only issue with the recipes is that sugar isn't accounted for in the nutritional facts of each recipe. So I've found myself figuring out the amount of sugar there is in each ingredient and serving size. Kind of annoying, but not the worst thing in the world. Other than that, this book is awesome!
